Our sauces are not from a jar. The Alfredo is built with real cream and parmesan, the rosé blends that Alfredo with house tomato sauce, and the tomato sauce on the Penne Rouge is made in-house with sautéed onion, spinach and cherry tomatoes. Add grilled chicken with the Fettuccine Gambino, bring the heat with Buffalo Mac N Cheese, or keep it classic with the bestselling Mac & Cheese under a spicy Cheeto crumb.

Pasta travels surprisingly well for delivery, and ours comes with bread and butter on the side (the standalone mac & cheese excepted). It is the order for nights when a burger is not quite the move — available across Waterloo, London and Montréal the whole time the kitchen is open.
